Researchers established a positive correlation between the perception of management integrity and transformation management, the personal engagement of employees, and the positive impact on the moral actions of employees. The research on the integrity of police managers was carried out on a sample of 768 police officers. The instrument Perceived Leader Integrity Scale (PLIS) was used for measuring management integrity, whereby the demographic variables on evaluated leaders and respondents were added. The results of the research revealed that the best predictor for the perception of a high level of integrity were the work and management experience of managers and their education level.
