Abstract
This paper introduces MetaGuard, a system designed to make the Metaverse a secure and trustworthy platform for users. MetaGuard uses several layers of protection-like device authentication, password checks, and hand behavior analysis-to ensure that only authorized users gain initial access. After that, it continuously analyzes the user's voice in real-time, using a zero-trust approach to verify their identity and determine the trust level accordingly. Three trust levels were defined, with different access permissions based on how authentic the user's voice is.
