Abstract

Recording students' attendance manually in schools can lead to inaccuracies that compromise time efficiency and overall effectiveness of the attendance tracking process. This project tackles the issues and challenges that Sukaina Bint Alhussein High School in UAE deal with when using their manual attendance system. The proposed system in this project is tailored specifically for the selected school to automate the attendance process, a key aspect of our project involves the implementation of a dynamic real-time dashboard using Power BI, providing a user-friendly interface that further elevates the effectiveness of attendance tracking within the school environment. The system developed is now being used at the school.
