Abstract
Technology Tools for Teaching (T3) is a project designed to train in-service teachers on the use of modern technologies in the classroom. This paper provides an overview of the project and discusses its conceptual framework which draws upon current innovations in education such as Constructivist learning principles, student-centered learning, cooperative learning and technology tools. The paper presents the three stages of T3 as well as its content. Finally it discusses the challenges faced by the project, the current status and future directions.
