Abstract

In this synergetic comparative study, we explore the dual functionality of green-synthesized metal oxide nanoparticles through both photocatalytic and biological perspectives. The nanoparticles were synthesized using environmentally friendly methods, emphasizing sustainable and green chemistry practices. Photocatalytic investigations delve into the nanoparticles' efficiency in harnessing solar energy for the degradation of organic pollutants, showcasing their potential for environmental remediation. Concurrently, biological assessments focus on the nanoparticles' interaction with living systems, probing their cytotoxicity, biocompatibility, and potential applications in the biomedical field. This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted applications of green-synthesized metal oxide nanoparticles, bridging the gap between environmental and biological sciences.
