Abstract
This study investigates the effects of workplace spirituality on employees’ job satisfaction. Workplace spirituality has been evaluated based on three dimensions: inner life, sense of meaning, and sense of community. A field study was conducted post-COVID-19 pandemic on 283 Turkish service employees to test this relationship. Research findings reveal that all three dimensions of workplace spirituality positively impact employees’ job satisfaction. Among these dimensions, the sense of community measured the most significant effect on job satisfaction, followed by the sense of meaning. Inner life positively but less considerably impacts job satisfaction than the other two dimensions.
