Abstract
This paper presents a Neuro-Adaptive Agentic AI Platform (NAAP) that integrates a Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic AI architecture, neuro-fuzzy inference systems, and principles from habit psychology and cognitive-behavioral science. Designed to address the human factor - responsible for the majority of cybersecurity breaches - NAAP redefines human behavior as an optimizable asset rather than a vulnerability. It continuously analyzes multimodal data - behavioral, linguistic, and physiological - to learn user-specific patterns and stress responses, providing adaptive interventions such as nudges, multimedia coaching, and arousal regulation. Key innovations include the Neuro-Fuzzy Decision Engine (NFDE), a Conflict Resolution agentic orchestration layer, and a habit-adaptive reinforcement module. The paper outlines the NAAP's architecture, key components, and ethical implications, establishing a foundation for a new class of Cognitive-Cybersecurity Performance Science that bridges AI, behavioral science, and human-centered design.
